1. No Return Policy

All products sold through our website are non-returnable. We do not accept returns for products once they have been delivered to the customer.

2. Exchange for Defective Products Only

We offer exchange only for products that are received in a defective, damaged, or manufacturing-fault condition.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The product must be defective at the time of delivery.
• The exchange request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• Clear photos or videos showing the defect must be provided.
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoices intact.
• The defect will be verified by our support team before approval.

3. Non-Exchangeable Situations

Exchange requests will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind.
• Incorrect product selection by the customer.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence.
• Minor color or design variations caused by screen display differences.
• Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

4. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

1. Email us at support@vaishudigitech.in or contact us through our website.
2. Provide your Order ID, product details, and clear images/videos of the defect.
3. Our team will review the request within 2-5 business days.
4. Once approved, exchange instructions will be provided.
5. A replacement product will be dispatched subject to stock availability.

5. Replacement Availability

• If the same product is available, we will send a replacement.
• If the product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of similar value or store credit at our discretion.

6. Shipping Charges

• If the exchange is approved due to a manufacturing defect or damaged delivery, exchange shipping costs will be borne by us.
• Any exchange request not meeting our eligibility criteria may be rejected.
